3. Maintenance of cooling water tank: regularly check the liquid level, add coolant (or water) in time, and replace it regularly.

4. Maintenance of electric cabinet: check whether each cooling fan works normally, and clean the dust and sundries on the fan and filter screen in time.

5. Tool magazine maintenance: keep clean and place the tools neatly. Before operation, check whether the tool magazine operates normally, whether there are disordered knives, knife drops, etc., and whether the knife handle screws are loose and roughened.

6. Lubricating oil maintenance: check whether the oil volume and operation of the main shaft oil cooling oil tank are normal, and add cooling oil in time; Check the oil volume of the guide rail lubricating oil tank. If the oil volume is insufficient, add lubricating oil in time.

7. Peripheral site maintenance: clean the iron filings and sundries around the equipment every day, keep the surrounding site clean and tidy, and place the workpieces neatly.

8. Oil pressure maintenance: check whether the oil tank hydraulic pump has abnormal sound, whether the working oil level height is normal, add oil pressure in time, whether there is leakage in pipelines and joints, and whether the pressure of pressure gauge is normal.

9. If necessary, the machine tool can be evalsuated for deterioration to fully understand the situation of the machine tool.
